T.W.T. Traveling Fee

T.W.T. Traveling fee is only considered when a client has requested training at another location other than the location provided at the time, and/or a client who requires one-on-one private training at a location of their choice. This additional payment will be required every time you renew your service programs sessions.

T.W.T. Meal Plans

T.W.T. Meal Plans serve as a health guide for clients struggling to determine the best foods to eat during their life change. Please email your age, height, and weight to bootybytri@gmail.com for a tailored meal plan.

B.B.T. Glute Cardio Class

30 minutes: $15.00

T.W.T. Glute/Cardio Class combines cardio along with glute-based exercises that not only chime away at those calories and inches, but to also build you a nice pair of glutes while we are at it! This is definitely a “class” meaning, there may be a chance more people are in attendance for the time chosen. This class last for exactly 30 minutes, and we start on time so if you are late that only affects you! The items needed are, resistant bands, mat, gloves, towel, and water. If you so happen to not have any resistance bands and need to rent one for a session the fee will be $5. Or you can purchase your own glute resistance bands from either online or in store. Long as the strength in the bands range from light to heavy, we can definitely work with that. This program has proven to help teach effective training techniques to assist not only in shedding pounds but to make you stronger and healthier all the way around. This is an outside training program so on the dates scheduled for over 20% of rain we will automatically cancel and resume at the next scheduled date. This will not count against any paid sessions by any means.

Booty By Tri Glute Program

30 minutes: $100.00

Booty By Tri Glute Program consists of 2-3 days of training dedication required on a week-to-week basis for a total of 3 sessions for a great price of $100.00! B.B.T. G.P. is one of my most popular programs mainly because clients see gains within only a few weeks. Booty By Tri Glute Program is a glute-based workout program that incorporates glute shaping, strengthening and lifting exercises where I combine resistance bands and weight training to achieve your ideal glute goals. With this particular program only 2-3 days out of the week. It gives you rest days in between time for recovery purposes before your next session. Sessions are up to 30 minutes; an adequate amount of time needed to reach your gluteal fitness goals.

B.B.T. (online) Home Workout

30 minutes: $150.00

Booty By Tri Online Workouts will provide you with 2 "Glute Day" workouts a week for 6-8 weeks. Each day last 30 minutes (depending on your rest time in between sets).

T.W.T. Fullbody (online) Workouts

1 hour: $200.00

Train with Tri Fullbody Online Workouts consists of 6-8 weeks filled with 3-4 days out of the week of online workouts. T.W.T. Fullbody (online) Workouts are uniquely tailor made to meet your ideal fitness goals for a flat rate of $200.00! Understand that T.W.T. workouts can last between 6-8 weeks before you will need an additional workout plan. The goal is to start you off where you are at on your fitness journey and gradually increase your strength, endurance and flexibility towards better health by using this program. T.W.T. online workouts are for people that lack direction or guidance with fitness training but have the drive needed to execute each workout without a physical trainer present.

T.W.T. HIIT (outside) Program

1 hour: $250.00

Train with Tri HIIT Program consists of 3 days out of the week dedication, 6 outside sessions total for a great price of $250.00! This particular program is dedicated to breaking the body down in sections by incorporating cardio, resistance bands and weight training all combined. There are various training techniques we will use to see what regimen works best for you towards your fitness goals. The time frame for this particular program is 45 minutes to an hour. T.W.T. workouts are all uniquely tailor made specifically to target all client’s needs in all aspects. Before we get started, I will ask you various questions centering your health and activity level. If needed, we will set a date for an assessment so that I may gauge your strength and endurance levels with a one-on-one session. We will also discuss your diet, your wants, and what I need from you as a client to help you obtain your fitness goals more so sooner than later.

T.W.T. Introduction to Weight Training Program

1 hour: $300.00

Train with Tri Introduction to Weight Training is a onetime program that consists of 3 days out of the week dedication for 7 sessions totaling $300.00! Normally this program is recommended by your trainer due to either lack of fundamentals centering weight training or because this is your first time under T.W.T. Training. This is a requirement to introduce you to what’s to come and to provide a proper learning experience to gym etiquette, proper form and mind and muscle connection. T.W.T Introduction to Weight Training Program is dedicated to breaking the body down in sections by days. We combine weight training and some conditioning exercises to prep your body for the future weight training exercises. There are various training techniques we will use to see what regimen works best for you throughout your process. The time frame for this particular program is 45 minutes to an hour. T.W.T. workouts are all uniquely tailor made specifically to target client’s needs in all fitness aspects.
